Double beam explosion-proof bridge crane is one lifting equipment specially for use in environments with flammable, explosive gas or dust.

The explosion-proof performance of all motors and electrical appliances of the explosion-proof hook bridge crane complies with GB3836.2-2000 “Explosion-protected electrical equipment for explosive gas atmospheres – Part 2:Flameproof enclosure ‘d’”. The overall performance of the crane complies with the provisions of the standard JB/T5897-2006 “Explosion-proof bridge cranes”. The explosion-proof marks are ExdIBT4 and ExdICT4 respectively.

Main beam: The main beam uses high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloy steel or other materials that meet explosion-proof standards. It can effectively avoid the explosion hazards caused by factors such as static electricity and sparks. The automatic submerged arc welding process ensures high-quality weld seams and good structural stability.

Electric Trolley: The electric lifting trolley’s power conduction adopts a new device of I-beam track cable conduction, which is safe and reliable and can effectively prevent potential safety hazards.

Electrical equipment: Motors, electrical components, etc. that meet the explosion-proof requirements are used, such as flameproof motors and explosion-proof limit switches. The casings of these devices have sufficient strength and tightness, which can isolate possible sparks, arcs, etc. inside from the external explosive gases or dusts.

High explosion-proof performance
For components that are prone to generating mechanical sparks, such as brakes, couplings, etc., special spark-free materials are used or explosion-proof treatments are carried out. The contents of magnesium and titanium in the light alloy shell are controlled to avoid the generation of sparks due to collisions and frictions between the mechanical components in relative motion.

Dust and gas protection. The product protection level can reach up to IP66. Dust explosion-proof products are suitable for various combustible dusts and areas with T4 requirements. They can effectively prevent dust and harmful gases from entering the interior of the crane and affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
